Wd8 joined the project 'Aufzeichnungen / Akkumulation' by Machfeld on Monday, November 20, 2006
Martina and Oskar made a live drawing at Wd8 during the time of the Machfeld event in Vienna.
The drawing has been included on page 69 of the book 'Machwerk'.

And finally, Elffriede painted some of her creatures on the Wd8 walls. It has been a very creative and very productive weekend at Wd8!

Martinland and cym played a very nice concert in cym's space. The first concert ever in cym's working space at Wd8 ;-)

The IEFS sign on the Wd8 Art Center. Wd8 is doing a small research project together with institue IEFS (Kiesling & Stolberg). You can still fill out the questionaire. The results will be presented at the Moderna Galerija in Ljubljana at the end of this year.

The new windows installed in the house.

The new windows for the Wd8 hotel will be installed just in time before winter will be here.

A windows opening party is planned for November 18, 2006. Come by and enjoy!

A truck full of firewood arrived on Sunday, just in time before winter will be here. Oskar, Martina and her mother helped to bring all the wood inside.

Ursprung, cym & bezzo are playing live in Gromka, Metelkova tonight. The concert will be around 22:00h, an hour before the Bonfire Madigan concert in Menza, Metelkova. And of course the movie of Eva and cym playing in the Wd8 pigsty will be played again in the background.

Residential composter Michael Northam recording the sounds of the Wd8 pile of compost.

During a 5-days residency sound artist Michael Northam made recordings in and around the Wd8 building. He used the recordings to make small compositions for each room in the house. Some of the recordings will be on the Wd8 website soon.

In einer Blitzaktion hat Martina den ganzen Wd8 Rasen gemaeht!

Martina has cut the entire Wd8 lawn in a very quick 'Blitzaktion'.
